It’s 1988. 17-year-old boy genius, Joon-kyeong, lives in a village with no train station, even though the only way in or out of the village is by train. The villagers have no other choice than to walk along the dangerous tracks to work each day. Dreaming of helping his sister and his village, Joon-kyeong sends several letters to the President, but receives no reply. Ra-hee, a girl with a crush on Joon-kyeong, does everything she can to help him meet the President. Will Joon-kyeong and Ra-hee manage to get a station built for their village, and protect their community?
